Birch Plywood

FSC-certified birch plywood from EU/East Asian mills. Multiple thicknesses (3–50mm) and grades (BB, WG, C) available to order. Decorative grades (E/B/S) currently restricted due to Russian birch sanctions — alternatives: veneered plywood or fine-stripe birch plywood

Decorative Pine Plywood (European Pine)

European pine plywood with rotary-cut sanded face suitable for decorative interior work; structural-grade option (II/II) also available. Bonded with melamine-urea-formaldehyde to EN 314-2 Class 3 (exterior conditions). CE structural rated, FSC certified, EN 13986 Class E1 formaldehyde. Available 9–40mm in 2440×1220 (standard) or 2500×1250 (to order). 18mm panels are 13-ply with ~1mm face veneer over 1.4mm internal veneers.

Fire Retardant Plywood (Contra-Burn®)

Plywood treated with the Contra-Burn® flame-retardant system. Available on birch, pine, and a range of veneered substrates (oak, maple, ash, sapele, walnut and others). Achieves Euroclass B-s1,d0 and Euroclass C ratings. Borate-free, non-toxic. Approved to TfL / London Underground specifications and tested to EN ISO 11925 and BS EN 13823."

Hexa Plus Plywood (Anti-Slip, Birch Core)

Anti-slip variant of Hexa plywood. Birch core, embossed hexagon-pattern face with enhanced grip vs standard Hexa, smooth phenol reverse. Same phenol bond (EN 314-3 Class 3) and EN 13986 Class E1 formaldehyde compliance. Same thickness and colour range as Hexa. Used for trailer flooring, camper-van decks, stage flooring, and any flightcase application that needs grip.

Hexa Plywood (Decorative, Birch Core)

Birch-core plywood with embossed hexagon-pattern face and smooth phenol reverse. Phenol resin bond to EN 314-3 Class 3 (exterior), EN 13986 Class E1 formaldehyde. Available 6.5–40mm in phenolic colours (dark brown, black, light brown, green, yellow) and melamine colours (blue, light grey, silver grey, multi-grey). Used for flightcases, trailer flooring, camper-van fit-outs, and stage flooring.

Phenol Mesh Plywood (Anti-Slip, Birch Core)

Birch-core plywood faced with wire-mesh-pattern phenolic film for anti-slip performance (DIN 51130 R13). Bonded with phenol resin to EN 314-3 Class 3 (exterior), EN 13986 Class E1 formaldehyde, wear-tested to EN 438-2. Available 6.5–40mm in dark brown, black, light brown, yellow, green, blue, light grey, and multi grey, 120–240 g/m² film. Used for scaffold platforms, access towers, vehicle flooring, and event staging.

Phenol Smooth Plywood (Birch Core)

Birch-core plywood faced with smooth phenolic film, bonded with phenol resin to EN 314-3 Class 3 (exterior). Available in 6.5–40mm thicknesses, with film weights from 120 to 440 g/m² in dark brown, light brown, black, green, or yellow. EN 13986 Class E1 formaldehyde. Used for concrete formwork, stage flooring, vehicle interiors, and livestock housing.
